Term & conditions
1. Eligibility
Entry is open to UK-based schools, colleges, and universities only. Entrants must use a business or institutional email address (e.g. @schoolname.co.uk). Entries from personal email providers (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail) will be disqualified. Only one entry per institution will be accepted. Entrants must be authorised to act on behalf of their institution. Headteacher/Principal Consent: Entrants are required to provide the name and contact details of the Headteacher or equivalent senior decision maker. By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary internal approval to enter on behalf of your school, and we may contact the Headteacher to verify consent.
2. How to enter
To enter, complete the online form with your organisation’s details and a brief summary of why your institution would benefit from a Bottle Filling Station. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM on Thursday 31st July 2025.
3. Prize
One winning institution will receive a Culligan Bottle Filling Station and 100 branded reusable bottles. The prize includes standard installation; however, additional costs may be incurred if site-specific requirements (e.g. plumbing, electrical access, or permissions) fall outside of standard install scope. These will be discussed and agreed with the winner in advance. Installation must take place within the UK and during July or August 2025, subject to availability and site readiness.Ongoing maintenance of the machine is not included.
4. Promotional use
By entering, the winning institution agrees to participate in promotional activity including photography, testimonials, and social media or PR coverage. We will work closely with the winner to manage permissions, especially where children or safeguarding is involved, but Culligan reserves the right to use content showcasing the installation and impact of the Bottle Filling Station. Culligan reserves the right to withdraw or substitute the prize if appropriate permissions or installation requirements cannot be met.
5. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected by eligible submissions at random. The winning organisation will be notified via email no later than Friday 2nd August 2025.
6. Runners-up offer
All non-winning entrants will receive a follow-up communication.
7. Data protection
Personal and institutional information will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Organiser
The competition is run by Culligan UK. Culligan reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition where necessary.
